Luigi Nuzzo focuses on banking regulation and specialises in corporate, banking and bankruptcy litigation, as well as arbitration proceedings.
He has gained significant experience in restructuring operations of companies in crisis within the framework of bankruptcy procedures.
He assists private clients with a deep expertise in the legal aspects of this sector, such as inheritance and management of family assets, family businesses, trusts and foundations.
He works in real estate (acquisitions and sales of real estate and portfolios).
He also has specific expertise in the field of acquisitions and divestments of shareholdings, companies or branches of companies, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Turin.
He is a member of the Turin Bar Association and of the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to legal aid before the Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts.
He speaks Italian and English.
