He has acquired professional experience in both judicial and extrajudicial contexts in civil law, specifically focusing on commercial and corporate law, banking law, financial intermediation, and private insurance. He also operates in the fields of insolvency law and insolvency proceedings, labor law, competition law and advertising, as well as EU law.
